How do I cancel the order?

Currently, we do not have cancellation option available with us. For such orders, you can refuse delivery when the package arrives. For prepaid orders, once the order marked as "Returned" you can connect with a LIVE agent via chat or raise your concern through our Contact Us page https://support.pureorigin.in/support/tickets/new. Our executive will process the refund. Once processed, the refund will reflect in your source account within the next 5-7 working days.
